I would recommend ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) by School of Tomorrow or Switched on Schoolhouse by Alpha and Omega. Curriculums I would NOT recommend for "easy" homeschooling would be Bob Jones University Press or Abeka Book -- this is not to say that these are not good curriculums (they each have some very good qualities), but they require quite a bit more money, time, and effort! This is my opinion, based on personal experience with my kids...of course, other parents may have had different experiences with their children, so I can only share my personal opinion on the matter. Also, sometimes it is helpful to use different curriculums for different subjects (and even different children in the same family -- depending on each one's strengths and weaknesses). what kind of "easy" are you wanting...something that is easy to pass? buy? figure out? follow?
Go to a reputible church school and inquire as to what they recommend. You might also try to do a google search on the subject and research it on your own, mainly because you know what you are looking for and we can only guess.
Education is like anything else...you get what you pay for, so cheap might not be the answer.

I home school my child - we have a christian private school where we live-I ask to purchase books from them and the teachers were very helpful with the curriculum-You can also get books from your public schools-You pay school taxes you have the right to purchase school books-Contact your local school superintendent.
