Stress can make the human body to do things that we normally wouldn't do. Throwing up because of that is not at all uncommon. Women can not start their period, people have a hard time falling asleep or sleep too much, it can cause migraine headaches. When my ex fiance slapped and hit me about 2 minutes later, I threw up from being so upset. You can call the police to help calm your kids down if they are not listening and causing your husband to be sick. That will probably scare a little bit, but it sounds llike they might need it. Good luck.

I'm not a doctor, but I can think of a few reasons why it might be happening. Many people react physically to a stressful situation. Some people get headaches, some people get nauseated. If it is an emotional reaction, he could be feeling sick because he is overwhelmed by the feelings he has. If your husband has an ulcer--this could also be stimulated by stress and could result in vomiting.
Still another possibility is bulimia. (Not suggesting that your husband is bulimic), but I know that some people will vomit when they are feeling out of control in a situation. It is a way to be "in control of something", even if it is only their own body.
He could also just be sick and blaming it on the kids--and it might not be related at all.
Just guessing. Hope you, the kids and your husband all feel better soon.

Your husband's reaction to the fighting is causing the vomiting. Obviously, the fighting is creating stress, and when your husband reaches his breaking point or critical mass, he throws up. He seems to have a very sensitive nature (and this is a really good thing in a guy).
To be blunt, if your kids are yelling, and you are yelling to the point someone in your family becomes physically sick, it's time for some intervention. I suggest counseling for all of you.
