If you are trying to re-enter the Military can you request to retake the ASVAB?
Just to see if you can get a higher score than originally.

Dunno what I want to do besides MP, thinking if I got an even higher score than I did more options might come up.

Yes you may. I did it. I got a better score the second time around. And you can get a better job offer with the better score. And by the way--anyone can take the ASVAB, even if you aren't eligible to enter the military.

I believe the ASVAB is only good for so many years. After I got out of the Navy, I looked at getting into the Air National Guard. One thing I had to do is take the ASVAB over again.

Yes. I've heard of people still in the military re-taking the ASVAB in order to qualify for a different specialty.

Yes you can but when you tell your recruiter that you would like to take a month to study for the ASVAB and retake to see you if qual. for something different. but before you do make sure you are 100% positive of what you want to do so you ain't waisting your time or your recruiters
