If you're a guy or girl weights are one answer for sure. Also, if you're very active, or if you're that thin, get powdered protein that has at least 24g per serving and start taking that. You should aim for 1g of protein per pound in order to start to gain weight in a healthy way. Fish, poultry, eggs, and peanut butter all have high protein as well. Just keep it lean, you want healthy weight, not fat!

go to a GNC store and get some mixtures that make you gain weight. there are a lot of different kinds just ask them they are really helpful.
