I was wondering, for those of us that are stay at home moms, do you do anything to earn money while you stay at home? Do you have a home business or something? If so, what is it?

yes actually my fiance works and i am a stay at home mummy,
i am currently in a home business with my sister in-law and it is scrapbooking!!!
and yes it does do very well, considering we are at home and not yet in a shop!

Before I had my second child I would babysit for a friend in college. Once I had my second child I wasnt able to do it anymore because I dont have enough room in my car for 3 seats or I would have had to stay home all day everyday. That wasnt an option because it would have pushed other business into the evening which is family time. The child's mom had no problem with me taking her to playgroups and such.
I just signed up with a home business but I havent stated yet. I started to get free products, not really for income but if I make money I wont turn it away! lol
Its actually not a problem if I dont bring in anymore. Believe it or not we wouldnt come out ahead financially if I worked.

OH!! to earn money!!! At first I thought you are a stay at home mom & you are wondering if we do anything while we stay at home!!!
Yes, I do. When my husband's office & the offices of three of our friends becomes really busy, I'll take over the medical transcription to free up the office staff for other duties. My husband doesn't pay me, but the other three do. I also take in horses to train once in a while when I think I'll have the time to devote to it.

I am a single stay at home mum at the moment
When I go clothes shopping I look out for cheap bargains & sell them on ebay.I also sell my old clothes & items I no longer require.You can make alot of money doing that
I used to sell avon as well so really when you think about it there are quite a few things you can do to make some pocket money
*selling avon
*selling items on ebay
*making crafty stuff to sell
*delivering catalogues
*baby sitting etc

I am a SAHM of a 7 yr old and a 16month old just before got pregnant with the baby my partner and I started a pagan website. just now starting to really take off

I was never able to find anything reputable. Perhaps baby sitting one child, or pick up elementary children at school who need a place to go until their parent gets off work.
I don't regret one moment I spent with my children, even when we squeaked by financially.
