In its broadest form, it is the belief that all believers are active missionaries of Christ in their daily lives. I've found this is an aspect of "emergent churches" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emerging_Church) that has been a recent growing controversial Christian movement.

This hard to answer b/c is it is also based on how the church views itself, but I will attempt an answer. I would see it as first a church that is focused on missions. This could be a church that focuses on working over seas or here in the states. It does mean evangelism, but also working with the poor and homeless, after school programs, ect. Community would mean that it be a church that attempts to foster community among its people and others. It would be a church that welcomes all people. This does not mean that they will agree all lifestyles, but that they will not shun them.
