What kind of toothpaste do you use? I have perfect teeth, never had a cavity, never had any problems. I want something to keep them healthy and beautiful. What do dentists suggest?

thanks for the help!

Although technique matters most, as others have already said, I'll answer your question. I am using Crest Pro Health right now and liking it.

I'm not a dentist but I'm sure that anything with fluoride is recommended. It's not the toothpaste as much as technique to keep you teeth healthy and happy. It sounds like you're doing a good job though. Also remember to floss!!

My dentist suggest that I use Colgate Total toothpaste. Even thought you teeth is nice you could use that toothpaste to give it a shine.

I'm currently in dental school, so not quite a dentist yet ;) but I use Colgate Total. It's mainly personal preference, just make sure it has flouride in it!

No special toothpaste....just brush and floss daily, and you'll be okay!

I THINK THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS THE BRUSHING TO KEEP YOUR TEETH CLEAN AND THE FLOSSING.NO SPECIAL BRANDS.
