Will rain hurt my house framing? I'm worried about the lumber, future mold, etc.?

If its allowed to dry out before you seal the wallls and roof you should be ok.Blue framing material is the way to go on new home construction as it has been treated to resist fungus and mold growth

The only thing you need to be concerned about is the sub floor. It can stand a lot of water, but not continuous water. If it is chipped board, you need to sweep the water off. If it is plywood, it isn't as important, but you should still get it off. Don't worry about mold
