Sounds like you could be suffering from depression. Maybe you should see a Dr. or a mental health professional to see if they can help you get to feeling better.

you're telling my story actually ... i have slept for like 12 hours and right now bed is calling me and at the same time i know that i'm not gonna be able to sleep anymore ... so what i am gonna do is have a nice and well prepared breakfast , exercise a little bit and then i'll start studying or do whatever that would disturb me enough from going to bed , so go and get busy with ur studies , your job or whatever ... i hope u 'll feel better soon ...

sometimes being diabetic will make you very tired if you don't know you have it. If you just don't want to be awake, you have sleep depression.

Put your head in the toilet, flush and give yourself a swirly. I gaurantee that after you do that you'll find just being awake is a better option.

try, doing something while laying in bed that completely puts you to sleep normally. I hope that works, it normally does for me. I can completely understand about not wanting to be awake.
