my gums did that when i used Colgate Whitening toothpaste. It did that with other friends of mine in the Dental hygiene program. (we had free samples)
Switch toothpastes and see what happens.

well if you have a foot fetish (licking other's feet) you probly have athletes gums. Or if you have athletes foot and your partner has a foot fetish he could give you athletes gums from your own feet by kissing them then kissing your mouth.
Do not try to self medicate athletes gums, you should go to the dentist asap or you'll spread it and have athletes tongue, athletes throat, athletes intestine etc.
