Define control. If you take it to mean complete and utter power, no one. If you mean it in a looser sense, there are any number of answers one could give, depending on his degree of cynicism and political views. Things like: special interest groups, big business, corrupt politicians, the people.

In my opinion it is the Jews, just look at the background of most of all the top advisors are and have been. Why do you think the USA backs Israel against the rest of the world??? It is rare for the USA to critisise them.
