I prefer the left side that's just me there more comfortable for me... it mostly depends on how your hair deals with the certain side...

wear them on the lighter side of your head...for instance...the side you sleep on is usually the side of your head that has less hair...you would part it on the side with more hair..i part my hair on the left, and flip it to the right, where i need the extra oomph, ya know>?
