I like the way United Airlines jets are painted with that classy grey and the pinstripes on the tail..
Qantas "Wunala Dreaming" 747-400 is gorgeous..
China Airlines with the traditional "plumrose" on the tail
American Airlines silver with red, white and blue trim and lettering
Pan Am's old white and blue on their 707's and 747's
British Airways

Of course, you don't want to discount Frontier airlines wild animal paint schemes. Boeing and Airbus both have professional artists that work for them that will hand paint any unusual request for a customer. Many of the more unusual paint schemes, such as Frontier's wild animal schemes, etc. are all painted by hand by extremely talented artists.

I love Uniteds new paint job. Definitely a change compared to the old boring gray one. The white and blue really makes them stand out among other airlines.
I also like the paint jobs for Frontier. Just because of the animal "mascots" :)

I like the green color on Cathay Pacific Airways along with the brushstroke on its tail. It gives the impression of flight. Though the grey color on the United Airlines aircraft took some getting used to, I do like that look now also. I think the Pokemon characters on ANA's 747 is pretty cute. EVA has painted Hello Kitty on one of its A330 aircraft.

Continental has a cool paint job on one of their Boeing 777s that was comissioned by the artist Peter Max. Frontier Airlines has pretty cool tail fins with pictures of various animals.

Branniff airlines in the 60's had a pretty crazy paint scheme.
Of course, I have to go with Hooters now.
