What's the most effective way to be slyly annoying? Without being disgusting or obvious?

When you are talking to somebody that you want to annoy, breath very quickly and softly through your nose. That will cause your nostrils to move in and out. This is very very annoying trust me.

Also pretending not to hear someone when they are talking to you s very very annoying because most people don't know how to react.

Talk to them when they are on the phone, like talk directly to them as if they were not on the phone, dammit that's annoying as hell too.

When they make a statement about something, say "uhhh NO." really matter of factly and that will bum them out big time.

If they stuff up or do something wrong, start laughing then quickly stop.

Always sniff wetly and cough when you are close to them.

When you are talking to them, look them in the eyes very intensely and try not to blink. When they have stopped talking stare at them and smile. it will make them very very uncomfortable and they wont know how to react, so they will probably say soemthing stupid and make a fool of themselves.

Pretend to have hives, or a rash somewhere! Scratch subtlely from time and increase this, shifting from location of body part to body part.. one,, no one can really pinpoint the fidgeting, and who can argue with an itch?.. be sure to look at your fingertips after doing this,, as it draws attention to you and also distracts someone talking,, also,, they start to ponder their own health/safety risks when being around you.
