First of all your 13 yo. Your very tall for your age. I think without seeing a picture of you your weight is pretty much proportionate to your height. If you really want to make it look like you lost weight then just do some sit ups and aerobic training. In 3 months no one will recognize you. Also, drink plenty of water instead of soda especially when walking/running on the tread mill.
And do yourself a real favor STOP LISTENING TO THOSE THAT ARE JEALOUS OF YOU!!
Now go out and play.

I see how horrible you feel. Don't worry, hang in there, and with exercise and a healthy diet, you can accomplish a lot. You're 5'7'', eh? Well when you reach five feet you should be about 100. After that, every inch is five more pounds. That means you should be around 135 pounds. JUst keep on doing what you love as in cheerleading, and other sports. Even dance or jumprope a lot at home. Substitute water instead of soda. Eat lots of fruits of vegetables, but you still need your protein, calcium, and whole grain. Make sure you have a balanced diet, and exercise for atleast an hour an day. Don't eat so much that you're so full. Eat till you are satisfied enough to go on with your day.
I wish you the best of luck,
Anonymous :)

More important than just your weight number is your fitness. A person that eats healthy and gets exercise is less likely to have health problems than a skinny person who doesn't work out... So first and foremost, stick with the exercise! Also, rather than just looking at your weight, see if you can look into your % body fat. When i was in Jr high we did a % body fat test and i weighed more but had less body fat than some girls who were skinnier. So there's a lot that plays into it. Do things the healthy way and stay away from eating disorders!!! It's hard to see but Jr and HIgh school are just a small part of your life...your true friends will always be there for you, so keep them around and try to forget about the boys in the locker room...

Overweight guys aren't rewarded--they have got top ldl cholesterol and come to be diabetic and debilitated of their forty's. You are making an severe blunders in good judgment. You are mistaking a correlation for reason and end result, that's traditional amongst sloppy "social" technology varieties. Working within the company international is highly time ingesting--they nearly anticipate you to show your complete existence over to some thing shallow, materialistic objectives are imperative in an effort to push up benefit and inventory fees. The guys who do good in our economic system mostly haven't any existence. They should not have time for health and right nutrition and have a tendency to loosen up with beverages and dangerous meals. I can see this naturally amongst my friends. I, alternatively, am kind of a respectable failure, however I'm nonetheless a aggressive athlete at forty and feature the frame to end up it. I could not do this if I donated my complete existence to handling a few bull **** company workplace. I do consider that thin females have a tendency to be handled higher in our society and that chubby guys aren't as discriminated towards as chubby females. But all chubby men and women pay a rate that's better than fiscal whilst their wellness begins to go to pot in advance.

I'm 5'7" as well and 150lbs is a perfect weight for your height. Don't listen to those boys who have an unrealistic idea of what a female should look like based upon fake Hollywood standards. Those girls are the exception, not the rule.

The question is not if your over weight but if u feel over weight. I myself think I am fat so I watch everything I eat and I am starting to feel better about myself but I am also anorexic so that doesnt help. My point is if you feel good about yourself then everything is great. But if your like me and you will probly never feel good aobut your figure just watch what you eat and everything should fall into place
