Absolutely correct. Your thinking can cause stress. Stress lowers your immune system. Then you are susceptible to all kinds of sicknesses. The majority of doctors visits are actually an underlying root problem of stress. The way we deal with stress will tell whether or not our bodies will be negatively effected.

I know plenty of people who were positive and they still died of cancer, aids or heart attacks. While I think your state of mind does play a part in your body's responses and can help prolong your life or have a profound affect on the quality of your life, having a positive attitude is simply not enough.
