It's possible...it depends on if the two have developed a nurturing enough relationship to withstand the pressures of fame.

A lot would depend on the source of the fame, too: a novelist would not have the same intense scrutiny as say, a prime-time TV actor/actress. Now would the novelist be at risk of having their lives misrepresented in print like the performer would.

It's all about the foundation...I think if the two met as a result of the fame, it would be a rockier situation than if the two had a chance to develop something despite the fame.
