I cheered in high school and now my knee tends to dislocate itself alot. So I am looking for a excersise(s) that will keep me fit but good for the knees.

You can go to most gym's and find a stationary bike. The bike is low impact on all parts off the leg while giving great results.

I do the bike once in a while. Both my wife and I walk - it's convenient and you don't get too sweaty like when you run. Buy a pedometer and try to get in 10,000 steps a day. It's doable!

swimming is the best, sex too if any of that's available, or try the one when you're lying flat on your back with your hands holding your back up just above your **** & then you gesticulate with your legs...

the best thing for you though is to get somthing you can wear around that knee- sports therapists should b able 2 help

stick with low impact stuff like water and bikes. or if you absolutely love running/walking, use an eliptical, those are good too...

I strongly recommend that you go swimming every day and just do laps.
