That's because the Japanese people cannot appreciate the superioirty of American pop music, like O. M. D. or Backstreet Boys. ;)

Yeah. And what about Dresden? Do the Germans ever show any gratitude whatsoever for us firebombing it and all those heathen civilians into the oblivion of history?
And the uneducated Native American savages? Do they ever thank us for bringing them Casinos and Christianity?
If the rest of the world doesn't wake up pretty soon and show some gratitude, I say let's nuke the whole planet. Or at least give it a good dose of global warming.

Hmmm...it's like this...oh hell, never mind!
If I tried to actually give an intelligent answer, I don't think you want to hear it, and if you did, you probably wouldn't understand it.
The best people to answer this question are all dead. This list would include Emperor Hirohito and all of the damned military Imperialists who started the war and then made it clear that they were prepared to spend the lives of every Japanese citizen (except themselves, of course) to fight us off.
BTW, this happened like over 60 years ago and all...it was terrible, but it's now what we call history. That's where we need to leave it, instead of dredging it up to stir up hard feelings.

are you an American that you would want to portray them as being SO stupid. what scares the rest of the world is that some of you mite actually be that ignorant. with that in mind any protest about Iran wanting nukes becomes legit.

Wow.. What a question.. I really don't think the Japanese felt liberated by the droping of those 2 bombs. The good thing that came out of it was it ended WW11 sooner, and saved the lives of thousands of American soldiers.

Tragically 7 out of 8 people on here are going to think you're serious and 6 out of 8 are going to agree with the espoused position.
