I am dieting and have found a designer water called CRYSTAL CLEAR it says its calorie fee and low sodium, but contains sucralose in the ingredients. Sounds like sugar to me. Is it?

Sucralose is made form sugar.
They removed the calories so it still taste like sugar, but no calories.

Sucralose is a sweetener made from sugar & other stuff. I suggest you use it sparinly but it is much safer then aspartame

It is a derivative of sucrose (a sugar that is made of glucose and fructose) but your body doesn't have the enzymes to digest it, hence you do not extract any calories from it.
