As many as you would like.
Start with 3 or 4 baby diapers, put on 2 or 3 small size adult diapers, then 2 or 3 medium size adult diapers, then 4 or 5 large size adult diapers and top it all off with about 5 or 6 extra large adult diapers.
Make sure you cut the protective backing on all but the last one so moisture can flow through.
With that many diapers on you won't be able to walk very well so you will probably have to crawl like a baby so don't forget your binky and plastic panties.
That many diapers should let you go at least a week without having to change.
