seriously use this it is the easiest and most inexpensive cleaning method it works on almost anything. even if the stain is old this will work trust me ive done it heaps of times.
1. spray the stained area with a just normal water until the area is soaked.
2. apply a very generous (aprox 1 cm or more thick) layer of bicarbonate of soda over the soaked area.
3. wait for the bi carb soda to dry and vaccum up
presto your stain is gone. good luck with it, but using this method you shoudnt need any luck.

well i dont have the right answer to your problem yet? but i think you should go to the store and look at the carepetters department and get something that everybody buy usually with a good low price ? or you can try yourself using a hot water with carepet cleaner shampoo and put it together and mix it in the hot water bucklet and try to wash it off then use a clean dry towel and pat it dont rub it hard.

Try gargling peroxide in the corner of the room (unseen area - small spot) and see if that works!
