I have a bad cold and I'm pretty stuffed up. When I blow my nose, my eye squirts. What's up with that?

Tho odd, its not abnormal. The eyes, cry, through the lacrimal gland in the corners. Did you ever notice if you held back tears, they'd come as a temporary runny nose. Theres a physiological connection between the eyes and nose. So stuffed nose, and the pressure and air have no outlet so go through the eyes. Not unusual. But really odd when it happens, huh.

try squirting straight up and catching it with your mouth.
