Sure. The expiration date only applies to its shelf life on the shelf.. Frozen bread can be kept for about half a year, max!!

I think the real question is, how do you eat it?
I would recommend using it as the base for french toast. I imagine that frozen bread would not have the same resilience as fresh bread, so you might as well do something unusual with it, and not just turn it into part of a sandwich. Another thing you could try is grilled cheese, because with all that butter and cheese, who cares what the consistency of the bread is like?

Sure, bread keeps for months in the freezer. It is safe to eat. The texture and flavor might not be as great, but edible. If you toast it, you won't notice much difference.
