when I want to install some software it says it cant be install cause ur windows is not genuin. what to do

Assuming that you have a bootleg copy, you will either need to buy a licensed copy or call and buy a license from Microsoft.
If you have an original disk, then you need to call Microsoft and provide them with some information such as your license key. Sometimes the Genuine Advantage check reports a non-genuine copy when in fact it it.
