Are you asking if you should feel free to be with other guys if you're not with the guy who really likes you but can't see you much?
If so, any answer depends on what your commitment to him is. Just "liking" someone isn't enough to keep you from dating someone else.

Someone who really likes you would be really trying to find a way to spend time with you any chance he got no matter how busy his schedule is. Period. Maybe you aren't the only one he likes. Ask him if he's seeing others to gauge how close you allow yourself to get to him.
