A man in his 50's with a balding hair and a funky mustache was on a plane when it crashed into an icy river. A helicopter came to rescue people and every time he was given the safety rope he passed it on to someone else. When it was finally his turn to be saved he drowned and was never found again.

yea ok there's a couple problems with this... A it crashed into an icy river.... so they would have freezed to death by the time a helicopter came... B if he kept passing the saftey rope he would have died as well from freezing...

I think he was the pilot.... he was not going to be rescued until all the passengers were safe.

WE CAN'T KNOW ALL OF THE ANSWERS. HE WAS ALSO A PASSENGER ON THE PLANE OR A I THINK HE WAS ON LAND AND WENT TO HELP THE PEOPLE GET OUT OF THE WATER. I DON'T REMEMBER WHO HE WAS, BUT I KNOW HE WAS THE HERO. HE WAS PROBABLY JUST TRYING TO HELP AND NOT THINK OF HIMSELF AS A HERO OR THAT HE WOULDN'T SURVIVE.
