Talk to him about things you have in common. Since you already have talked to him a little, you probably know a few things about what he likes to do outside of church, but if you don't know, ask! Also, people generally like to talk about things that they care about and that they're good at, so if you're really interested in them and keep asking questions he'll probably keep talking. Then you can ask him if you want to do something sometime outside of church.
Good luck to you and God bless!

Yeah, I met alot of girls that way. They all left me because of other commitments or guys. I don't have much advise, except talk to him more. Hopefully, he will realize. If not, oh well. I have gone almost several years since my last official date/crush. I just wish there was more I could've done with them. Intimate or not.
It can be a big blow. But, don't give up. Plenty of fish in the sea, so to speak. I ain't givin up! Just keep on praying! Amen.
