failure to yeild .does calif. issue these ?
i turn my signal on ,they can see it . the lane is gonna end ,they'er next to my trailer and have sight of the end .maybe just run them into other oncomming lane ?

That said. . . . . .

f you are the one switching lanes, for whatever reason, you must yield until the lane you are moving into is clear. Clear means that the existing traffic in the lane you are moving into doesn't have to stop or even slow down due to your lane change. If you can't do that and you run out of your current lane, then you have to stop until the other lane is clear.

Well when you fail to yield, and try to change lands you are the one at fault, do yes you have to pay for the traffic ticket.
