u need a keylogger program and u need to run it in hidden mode. Computer Watchdog is an excellent program

If you have access to her computer you can use a text logger to log her key strokes. Also, AIM sometimes logs all conversations to a log file on the harddrive. Your best bet is just to use your perceptions of her normal actions. Is she doing anything different? Are you seeing her more or less than usual? Is is nicer than usual to you? Any sudden change in her actions can be a good clue.

You need a Keylogger which i'm sure you've been told about already. I have one i use which run's in complete stealth mode so only you know it is there called "Goldeneye" It record's keystrokes, emai's and even screen shots so you can see what they were looking at on the web. well you can download a keylogger into her computer (not sure where to get it but i know they exist someone put it on a computer i used once..... it logs ever single key pressed, even when they do a backspace into a notepad document in a hidden file and it is protected by a password and has no icon or program file so its virtually invisible - but that's kind of worse..... you should confront her about it....
