What like love handles? If this is the case, then do crunches but instead of going back down hold at a 45 degree angle and touch opposite elbow to knee. You could also lay on your back cross your legs in the air and hold them and reach the opposite hand towards the foot. Do 3 sets of 10 and switch.

Side Crunches Exercise
To tone love handles, do side crunches.
Get on the floor into a regular sit-up position (knees bent(, then drop your bent legs to the side, resting them on the floor. Your torso and head should face the ceiling.
With your hands behind your head, crunch straight up, then lower.
Do 15 to 20 repetitions, then switch sides.
You should definitely feel this in your obliques - the muscles that run along the side of the stomach. Add these to your regular routine and try adding some cardiovascular exercise (walking, jogging, aerobics) if you are not already doing so. This will help burn more fat and reveal your newly formed muscles and toned waistline.

Good Luck... hope this works for ya!

At Least he is trying! More than I can say for some people!

There is no way to "spot reduce"... so if you start gaining weight to specific places, that's where you'll lose it from first when you start to lose weight. so basically, if you're really lean already...get more lean. sucks but you can't just reduce love handles without it affecting your whole body.
