I think the angels in heaven do not know anything more than us here on earth in terms of what God decides to do in heaven and on earth. The reason I think this, is that every time an angel is mentioned or talked about in the Bible the angel is always in the role of a servant or messenger of sorts to do as God the Father has given instruction. If you think about it angels have free will to choose like we do. Remember is was Lucifer one of God’s most spectacular angels who rebelled and chose differently not to believe in God? Look where Satan (Lucifer) is (in Hell) and those that followed him.

Premise: Angels do not know....
Proof: Only mention in Bible is.
Fault: The sphere of proof - Bible, does not cover eternity or what is beyond mortal understanding.
Result: Answer unknowable.

Correction: Satan believes in God cf. NT where it is stated the evils know/believe in God and tremble.

Observation: The angels' response to the death/resurrection can be found in numerous places of the Revelation.

Satan is on earth--along with all his demons. The demons chose to disobey with him during Noah's day. Only the faithful angels still serve God and praise him. Kinda like the differences in the humans, huh?
