...wouldn't that make him a zombie? Isn't that what happens to someone when they die and come back to life?

Not necessarily. A "zombie" (in the fantasy sense) is considered an "undead" creature: reanimated dead tissue. Frankenstein's monster was a medically-constructed zombie, for example.

Jesus was ressurected, quite a different story altogether.

"Zombies", btw, really do exist, just not in the fantasy sense. They are actually drug-controlled slaves of certain "witch doctors" of the Carribean island cults. The "death" is produced with a drug overdose, which actually puts the victim in a deep coma, near-death. In the absense of medical technology, the family assumes the victim has died from the "curse", and buries the body. When the funeral is done, the witch doctor goes to the grave/mosuleum, injects certain other drugs into the "corpse", and walks off with his slave. As long as the drugs are continued on a regular basis, the "zombie" will do his master's bidding. When they stop, the victim will eventually "wake up".

The "zombie master" is actually mocking the Ressurection of Christ.

Zombie is from the Creole:
usually zombi a : the supernatural power that according to voodoo belief may enter into and reanimate a dead body b : a will-less and speechless human in the West Indies capable only of automatic movement who is held to have died and been supernaturally reanimated
2 a : a person held to resemble the so-called walking dead; especially : AUTOMATON b : a person markedly strange in appearance or behavior
3 : a mixed drink made of several kinds of rum, liqueur, and fruit juice

Jesus doesn't qualify for this one.

Even worse, supposedly a bunch of other zombies were raised from the dead and walked around Jerusalem, "seen by many" as well. I guess since zombies were such a common occurrence back then, no-one who actually witnessed it thought it was worth writing down.
