God's holy spirit was operating on Jesus when he resurrected Lazarus to show to all those in the Judean area and for us as proof that when Gods Kingdom takes full control over the earth, then there will be a Great Resurrection, all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.

He didn't take Lazarus out of his tomb. He merely called to him and he came out on his own - a very reasonable thing for a living person to do.
