The speed of light no matter their color, it's always the same, means 300000 Km/Sg. Exactly : 299792.5 +/- 0.45 Km/Sg.
The LASER it's a form of light that put all their photons in PHASE and for that reason their rays are very small compared with the normal light that spreads-out because their photons are not in phase. The color is the way that we see a different wave lenght from the deep-red (lowest frequency) to orange, yellow, green, blue, violet and hard violet (max freq), but the speed it's always the same.

No. The speed of light doesn't change with the color of the light.
