I have heard both sides of the argument that NOexplode is healthy for gaining muscle. I am curious to know if it is unhealthy or wheather it is basically harmless. I tend to think it would be unhealthy because it is creatine. will it have good results long term as well?

Start slow, maybe half doses at first to make sure you're body is OK with it. I don't use NO, but a buddy of mine does and he says he hasn't had any bad side effects.

The big trick to a lot of supplements is NEVER take more than the recommended amount. AND if you have ANY of the conditions that they warn against DO NOT take it...ever. That's why all those warning labels are there.

Start slowly it has a TON of caffeine in it. Besides that it is basically creatine and Nitric Oxide, the dose is small though, if you don't take these supplements separately they won't be enough to affect you much. It won't make you gain muscle. It just gives you more energy when you lift. (mostly from the caffeine)
