Hi
my nose stands out from the rest of my face (ie.. big) so what type of hairstyle will take the attention away from it (i need something easy to keep tidy)

I also have the same problem. I have a Greek nose and no matter what I do with my hair, it doesn't seem to high my nose. The best thing to do, is get a medium size cut because if you get your hair cut really short, your nose will stand out like the Statue of Liberty.

Go bald. It takes the focus off of your face because the light reflects off of your dome. Plus, what lady doesn't love rubbing a bald man's head?
