mamasijalla doesn't have a meaning it doesn't exist. Whoever told you this was wrong, either that or its slang.
My first language is spanish and I live in a spanish speaking country and I have never heard of it.

Are you sure you are write the word correctly? In Quechua I found the word mama llaqta that means country (país in Spanish)

I think you mean mamasita, which is just like sexy momma or a friendly hello to a friend or to an older lady. It can actually be said at almost any time.
