simply put, the substances you are refering to are toxic, hence, the constante excrecion; however, this is not entirely true, because of the following:
i. some substances are necessary for the normal function of the cell, so these substances are not "thrown away"
ii. some of the substances excreted are necessary for other cells to function namely hormones ...etc, these substances are obviosly not toxic, but necessary for other cells of the body situated somewhere else, so they need to migrate via the blood to fulfill a necessary function like insuline secreted by the pancreatic cells ...etc.
