Why are majority of the African guys I date so possessive? For some reason, (I guess because I'm so fine) I attract alot of African men. I have dated a few before but when the fun is over it takes a miracle to shake them. I dated 2 that gave me a real hard time about the break up. And what I have found is that it is mostly the Nigerians that act this way. But I have a best friend, now one of my best friends, from Zimbabwey and he is the total opposite. Can a true African man answer this question?

It's a cultural thing for them to be posessive and many forget when they come to the states that women here are more independent and self reliant and a lot of them don't like it and it has nothing to with you being "fine" so you might want to drop the cocky tendency since that's going to turn a man off if you come off like that. I've had African men from Ghana, Nigeria and Ivory Coast approach me and it varies, but Ghanian and Nigerian men are the most possessive. Plus some of them depending on where they came from in the country got an issue with hygiene since deodorant is lacking.

i'm an African female (father and mom born inafrica) I not in any respect had any adult adult males became off by skill of me being African , I not in any respect dated an African guy although, all yet yet again i'm only 15 so i don't have a lot adventure lol

yup i know what ur talking about i dont know why mayb becuz thats how it is where they r from ive heard a lot of stereotypes about them also but i dont know if they r possessive get away from them quick
