Hebrew nouns are always gendered (even when they are not humans) and they are referred as "he", or "she".

"Chochmah"/ plural: "Chochmot" (wisdom) is a feminine form, and so are "Na'al" (shoe), "Zohamah" (filth), "Sphinah" (ship) and many other words.

It doesn't necessarily say something about a feminine wisdom in the eyes of the ancient Hebrews.
