Hey,

I'm a Senior and for a year purpose (Or some like that) I want to lose the extra pounds I have. But since I'm very busy, I can't do much excercise and when I have the moment, I don't have the moral to do it. I was wondering, are things like drinking water and nothing else helpful? Or to eat fruits/veggies for a whole week or more? I need something that I can do while working, I've made up my mind to give up the reg. food I eat to lose weight. Please don't tell me of any pills, I don't trust them. Well, unless you're like 100% sure. But I would like a more natural way.

Many thanks!

You need to incorporate 20 mins of exercise 3 days a week and you can incorporate diet supplements like Trim Spa or ones that don't contain Ephedra since it's harmful to the cardiovascular system. Eat foods that are rich in vitamins and nutrients and consider a nutrition drink like Ensure(Butter Pecan is the best) to substitute for a meal or use as a quick snack, but you have to eat sensibly.

Juice Fast.

You can all the nutrients U need and loose weight at the same time as juice goes straight to digestive system.

You can fruit juice in the morning with a nice strawberry and banana smoothie

Have a veggie/fruit/protien combo for lunch, believe it or not your local health food store has some great brands out there, that the taste is quite tasty... and not all bland and bitter like many believe

For the afternoon you can herbal tea it... NO SUGAR just honey... and then in the evenings you guess it MORE juice, or SOUP.

Juice fast can be done for 3-4 days... monthly
or 7-14 days, you can lose anywhere from 2-6 lbs.... or more

Read up on it, and see if it best fits you.

eating a lot of fruits and veggies helps.
i've been a vegetarian for 4 months, and i noticed that i lost around 3 pounds or something after a while just from not eating meat or a whole lot of dairy.
drinking water does help too.
