Don't give in to peer pressure! I know it may seem that you are left out but I think that it's good that your not dating. That will make it so much better when you find the right guy and he's the first. Don't go out with someone because you think they're hot or attractive. Instead try to find somone that you have a lot in common with.

Whenever you feel comfortable and confident enough to assert your boundaries. This is especially important because a woman's highest risk of being raped is in her teen years, between 14 and 19 years old.
I'm not trying to scare you or anything, but be sure that you trust your instincts and don't do anything you're not comfortable with or unsure about just because everyone else is doing it.
Personally, I started dating when I was fourteen, and some of my friends didn't really start dating until after high school (they saw the guys in our school as being not of very high quality and weren't about to lower their standards just to be like everyone else!).
