My weight is currently 115 (I'm 29 yrs and 5'2"). No matter what I do I can't get below this. I work out 5 days a week for 50 min each workout. I eat healthy (I'm practically a vegetarian). Is there something I can do to break below this weight?

With my workouts I do about 25-30 min cardio, then about 20 min of weights.

Don't focus exclusively on the scale. It's just one way to measure and may not mean much in reality. You're working out regularly and well. How do you look? It sounds like you have a healthy weight for an active person.

As you know, muscle weighs a lot more than fat for the same volume. Years ago, I used to be a body-builder and my fat percentage was 17%, too much to look "cut" all over, but I didn't compete. 17% is fairly low for a woman. I was 5' 6" and weighed 145 pounds, with small to medium bones. Later I had a bad injury and gave up weights. I lost a net ten pounds over the next few months. My waist and hips got bigger and I looked heavier even though I weighed ten pounds less. I eventually gained back to 145 pounds for a while, but with 23-24% fat that time. Quite a difference in how I looked! (By the way, my 5' 4" younger sister lifts weights and runs. She ranges between 130-135 pounds and has a beautiful figure. She weighs more for her height than you do.)

I think it would be good to find out exactly what your fat percentage is. Electrical resistance is one way. Immersion weighing is another. Calipers are the least accurate. You may feel very good about your weight afterwards. Perhaps your body is telling you that you are at the bottom healthy weight it wants and not to force it (or you will mostly lose muscle).

I hope you do a wide range of excercises, since you work out five days. I'm also a little concerned that as a near-vegetarian, you may not be getting enough complete protein for maintainance and repair with the excercise. (I've been a long-term vegetarian, too.) Also, too many carbohydrates cause water-retention. Upping the protein and lowering grain/fruit/sugar intake counters that. You could try to increase the animal protein in your diet and cut down on the carbs without worrying about cutting calories. Don't go overboard, just eat a balanced diet. The scale number may move down. It won't hurt to try a change--unless there's a philosophical reason for avoiding meat. It may improve your stamina and quicken recovery time after a workout, as a bonus.

The healthful BMI variety for a fifteen 12 months ancient woman is sixteen.6 to 24.five. At 99lb and five'four your BMI could be 17, and at five'five" your BMI could be sixteen.five. So you're a minimum of on the very low finish of healthful if now not verging on underweight. Although this doesn't always imply you have to acquire weight, for a few persons that is simply common, you traditionally have a small skeletal body as good. Really I could now not fear so long as you consume proper and keep lively.

i would up your work outs...do more weight training...you might put on a few pounds with the weight training but fat weighs more than muscle...depending on your calorie intake i would try to incorporate more protein...and try to increase the resistance and stamina of your workouts...maybe even stop eating past a certain time...but if your at 115 i'd say your pretty good...thats awesome!!!

The most safest and surefire way to loose weight is the Homeopathic remedy for obesity PHYTOLACCA BERRY Tablets. It has worked for those who were finding it difficult to loose weight and to shed excessive fat. It does not makes you loose fat very quickly, its more gradual but once you shed weight and fat using it you wont gain it back because it corrects your body functions so you do not gain excessive fat and weight. With your workouts change it up. What are you doing with your workouts? If I had more details it would be easier!
