the parolie dropped dirty for cocaine and herione repeatidly, he also got busted for possesing 20 packets of herione in school zone (they never pressed charges) but the parole board never did anything about it. they let him stay on the streets.

Correct me if I am incorrect. Am I understanding that your son was killed by a parole? My heart goes out to you and your family.
I am not trying to be harsh with my answers. I am only answering to best of my understanding. Again I am so sorry for your loss.
I don't know if you can hold the parole board responsible or if it should be the parole officer.
The main problem frequently and unfortunately is over crowding in city or county lock up or jail or prison.
Yes you may be able to sue and talk to a lawyer. But part of the problem may be you need to show or prove malice toward your son or dereliction of duty. Those items can be difficult to prove.
Yes in my opinion the parole should have been locked up.

I am very sorry about your loss. I could never imagine your pain or pretend to. However I will have to say in defense of the parole board they are doing a job, we all have to have a job, some have jobs that carry a heavier burden though. God Bless you and your son!!

Sorry about your loss but no the parole board did not kill him the parolee did. He is the responsible party.
