I used to do that...but as an adult, I can't stand wearing shoes without socks. Just like I can't stand box macroni and cheese anymore! Funny how our taste change as we age!

I started not wearing socks in my sneakers when I was about 6. NOw and then I would even sneak my socks off in school (when the teacher was not looking, and I would wear my sneakers sockless for about 2 hours or so before we were dismissed for the day. I still did it from time to time till I started Jr High, and I went sockless to school the whole day, and even to Gym class, I loved the way the sneaker felt on my bare feet all day long. Now I wear sneakers without socks ALL THE TIME know regardless the tempature outside, my feet are so used to the cold, and my feet don't get blisters.

ALWAYS with socks. I had a friend who would wear shoes without socks cuz she didn't like that you could see her socks but her feet smelled rancid... we finally convinced her to just buy shorty socks like the rest of us. Plus socks are possibly the most comfy article of clothing ever!!!

Never! It's yucky. The feet sweat too much, and it's horrible for the feet, not to mention the smell when you take the shoes off! I have this one girl who comes to yoga and when she takes her shoes off it's horrible because she doesn't wear socks-yuck!
