ago without any decent answers ,what has men in colourfull robes,pointed hats,stained glass,dog collars,idols,and many other items that are found in christian churches,got to do with religion,

How is this for a decent answer, It has absolutely nothing to do with the actual religion, it is just garb. The garb that they wear, the props that they use to get attention.

All of the things you listed are called either "customs" (types of clothing) or "decorations" (stained glass and statues and etc.). They are not necessary for worship. The are just some of the trappings found in a rich culture.
Are the walls in your house bare, tiled, or painted? Do you have pictures hanging up of your family and friends? Do you wear special clothing on special occasions? Do you eat your dinner on paper plates, or nice glass ones?
All of the things I have mentioned can be found in your house (I'm guessing), and nobody questions if you ABSOLUTELY NEED these things to survive. It isn't about what you NEED, these things are part of your expression as an individual person. In other words, art is not necessary for survival, it is one of the things that makes survival, nice.
So too with religious trappings. Are they absolutely needed? Of course not. However, everybody is a little different in how they approach God, and the artwork and customs they surround themselves with will display their tastes.

nothing just personal choice of apparel.Colorful robes,pointed hats have been used to show a persons place in the church.
