In order to edify one another and worship in spirit and in truth, it is necessary that we attend worship services. Hebrews 10:24-27 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. .....
Also it is important to take the Lords supper. Acts 20:7 Now on the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul, ready to depart the next day, spoke to them and continued his message until midnight.

I see lots of "no" answers... That is the thinking that allowed M.M. O'Hare to testify that 70% of the US were atheists. (Mrs. O'Hare debated MANY denominational preachers whom she defeated BECAUSE THEY DID NOT BELIEVE THE SCRIPTURES and she knew them much better than her opponents. She merely had to prove that the SUPPOSED CHRISTIANS didn't believe the book they were debating.)

Since your question is the subject of Biblical instruction, look at what the Word says:

Hebrews 10:24 and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, 25 not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.

26 For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a terrifying expectation of judgment and THE FURY OF A FIRE WHICH WILL CONSUME THE ADVERSARIES.

...The writer here discusses the assembly in immediate context with losing one's salvation. The only TRULY ACCEPTABLE answer is, "YES!" The scriptures teach clearly that the weekly assembly and fellowship with other Christians is part of "walking in the light."

I know many people have been led astray by Calvin's FALSE TEACHING. "TULIP," of which "perseverance of the saints" is the last, are ALL FALSE DOCTRINE. 1 John 1:7 says "But suppose we walk in the light, just as he is in the light. Then we share life with one another. And the blood of Jesus, his Son, makes us pure from all sin." This IS A CONDITIONAL STATEMENT. For the outcome to be true, THE CONDITION MUST BE MET. Only by CONTINUING to "walk in the light" are we assured of our salvation.

No

However, church is a place where all believers gather as one in truth and love, in unity with the Holy spirit to worship and reverence our God. It's a wonderful way to talk to and relate to other Christians about the troubles and trials that come with a walk with Jesus Christ.

The only problem with churches today is that it's very hard to find one that's sincere and really appreciates serving and worshiping God more then politics.

You don't have to go to church to be a Christian. All you have to do is accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. But, Christians should go to church.

NO, but it is HIGHLY recommended.

If you do go to church you will be like the seed that fell on the fertile ground that Jesus speaks of in Matthew. You will grow in the Lord and be part of the solution for this world. There is a great danger that if you don't go to church you will be like the seed that fell on rocky ground. Your roots will be shallow, your understanding shallow and your ability to get along with others and cooperate in the salvation of the world will probably never develop.

No. Just as long as you believe that Jesus is the Son of God who saved us from our sins and avoid sin you are considered a Christian. Though it is a good idea to spend some time in church and thank God for all He/She gave us and ask for guidance from Him/Her.

No. However, you should be involved in some sort of community that can help you to walk with the Lord. Nobody should try and do this alone.
