Well, some of your answers made me realize that I actually DO...have a MAJOR, MAAAAJOR problem when it comes to the transition into head-voice...But I think if I acknowlege the problem now, I'm good.

But what I ment is...when I sing high...I sound little girly...like think Broadway play...Annie...while when I sing lower...I sound...more grown up....Is there any way to train the pitch of your voice to sound more mature?...

My teacher says as I get older, I'm probably gonna fall into a lower range...because he says my voice is "unique" because I'm 16 years old...and it still not fully developed...but I wouldn't want to loose any bit of my upper register...I just want it to get better...without sounding so..."churchy"...

I don't think I can help, since my idea of "perfect pitch" is when the accordion lands in the MIDDLE of the dumpster. Hope this cheers you up, anyway. Good luck..................

If you're 16, you probably haven't had the training to fully support your head voice. Without support, you sound like "little girly" like you said.

Unfortunately, many girls who have very good voices get shunted into the alto section because they can read music or they have a large range, not becuase they're actually altos. Ask your voice teacher or choir director if he/she can suggest some exercises to strengthen your support for your upper register - it's also possible your teacher isn't really sure what to suggest, so if you're not already taking voice lessons from a truly qualified individual, it's worth looking at.

It's now not viable. You can teach your self to be equipped to sing greater however you can not difference your voice it is simply the best way you're. What you must fairly do as a substitute is try to discover songs that have compatibility and intensify your voice plenty bigger comparable to your smiling face via James Taylor (simply difference a the few "lady" 's to "boy") probably that sort is not your factor however it is a exceptional track. If you desire anything extra modern day for those who fairly concentrate to a couple of girl gaga's songs she sings really low. To be taught to sing slightly greater be taught respiring methods and be taught to make use of your head voice. Good good fortune :)
