First off, yes, I squint my eyes. I'm 45 and I just found out in the last couple years how much less you have to squint when driving if you wear sunglasses! If it hurts to squint, I don't know. I think it's your body telling you that something's a little out of adjustment.

I have a hard time reading some small print and some can be impossible at no matter the distance. When it gets bad enough, or the doctor tells me, I'll get some glasses to make it easier on my eye muscles, until then I'll wear my sunglasses and look at things until I can make 'em out.

No it's not ok to squint. Indicates you cannot see what you are looking at. I would advise you to have some eye tests done, as you probably need glasses.

it's not dangerous or anything but if you do it constantly it will give you wrinkles around your eyes faster than you would otherwise get them, so you will look older faster. Better to wear sunglasses, if you are squinting because it is bright outside.

I squint. I hope it's OK. I guess it could cause crow's feet, but I'm not concerned about wrinkles.

Unfortunately I do...... :( I know, I know I need glasses, but I had them before and they looked horrible!! I can't have contacts either because of astigmatisms..... So, I have crows feet at the sides of my eyes but then again some women find that attractive..... So, go figure????
